Classic Teen Patti – Rules & How to Play
Classic Teen Patti is a three-card comparison game. Each player receives a private hand, then chooses whether to stay in the round or fold. Learn the hand categories first, then the blind and seen betting rules and the conditions for a show. House rules differ: always read the rule card before play.

How to play Classic Teen Patti
- Agree the boot, betting limits, show rules and variant before the deal.
- Deal three cards face down to each player from a standard deck.
- Choose blind play without looking, or seen play after checking your hand.
- On your turn, make a permitted bet or pack. Packing ends your participation in that hand.
- Resolve the round by a permitted show or when only one player remains.
Rule example
A pair of kings is a pair, while three clubs that are not consecutive form a colour. A colour outranks a pair under classic category ordering, even when the pair uses high cards.
Practice round: three players use pretend chips and agree the Classic rules. One player looks and becomes seen, one stays blind and one packs. On a later permitted show, a colour beats a pair under Classic category order. Blind/seen status changes the permitted action, not the cards or their category. Confirm the show conditions before using this example.

Tips before the table
- Learn all six categories before considering bet size.
- Confirm how your table orders ace sequences. A-2-3 and A-K-Q ordering is not universal.
- Decide a time and spending boundary before the first hand.
- Folding ends the cost of staying in a round; previous contributions are not recovered.
Tables, stakes and timers
Entry amounts, turn timers, pot limits and disconnect rules depend on the selected table. Check these before joining and note how the table handles a timeout. This guide does not set or verify the APK’s financial limits. No bet size removes the possibility of loss.
How to check fairness
Random outcomes cannot be validated by the appearance of a hand or a short winning streak. A fairness claim requires verifiable evidence from an identified operator. No independent RNG report has been supplied for this APK. Keep a record of an unresolved round and use a verified product support channel.
Common mistakes
- Using five-card Poker rankings for a three-card game.
- Calling any three cards of one suit a pure sequence.
- Assuming the show cost is identical on every table.
- Treating the previous deal as a prediction of the next one.
Classic Teen Patti glossary
- Boot
- The agreed opening contribution before cards are dealt.
- Chaal
- The contribution made on a turn to stay in the round, under the table’s blind/seen rules.
- Blind
- Play without viewing the hand. Seen play means the cards have been viewed.
- Side show
- A permitted private comparison between eligible players; its conditions depend on the table.
- Pot limit
- A table-defined cap. Check how the chosen table ends a round when the cap is reached.
