Capture the exact message
“App not installed” is a symptom rather than a diagnosis. First note the complete text, when it appears, the phone model and Android version. Take a screenshot with private information removed. A problem while downloading differs from a parse error, an update rejection or a security block. Recording the message before changing the device gives you a useful baseline and makes a later support report clearer.
Check the simplest conditions
Open the browser’s download manager and confirm that the APK completed. Compare the exact size with the file information page. Check free storage and the Android version. The selected file declares Android 5.0 as its minimum, but that does not guarantee compatibility on every device. If a download is partial, retry over a stable connection. Avoid renaming or editing the file to try to make Android accept it.
Treat updates carefully
An existing application can create an update conflict, especially when signing identity differs. Do not immediately remove the old installation: local data or recovery details may be lost. Confirm how your account can be restored and follow the publisher’s own update instructions. The website cannot recover an app account and has not tested this APK’s update path. Keep product account support separate from general Android checks.
Respect security decisions
Read the source-install permission and any Play Protect message. Do not switch protection off simply to get past an error. If the warning identifies harmful behaviour, stop and verify the source and publisher. If the issue remains unresolved, copy our problem checklist and add the exact error, device information, downloaded file fingerprint and steps already tried. Send it only through a verified product support channel, without an OTP, password or payment PIN.
Use the error message to choose the next check
Use this matrix to organise an installation problem. Each row suggests a first check, not a diagnosis. Read the actual message before changing settings, and record what happens after each attempt.
| Error or stage | Check | Keep a record | When to stop |
|---|---|---|---|
| Download incomplete | Check completion and the published byte count. | Filename, download time and saved size. | The complete file still differs from the recorded fingerprint. |
| Parsing message | Compare Android requirements and file completeness. | Exact wording and Android version. | The device is below the stated minimum or the source is unclear. |
| “App not installed” | Check storage, existing app identity and displayed permissions. | Available storage, app version and redacted error. | Recovery is uncertain or a signing conflict needs publisher guidance. |
| Security warning | Read what Android or Play Protect actually identifies. | Warning text and the installation stage. | The warning identifies harmful behaviour or the publisher cannot be verified. |
Keep Google Play Protect enabled. Google documents checks and warnings for apps from outside its store. Prepare a redacted report through a verified support route; exclude passwords, OTPs and payment PINs. Resolve account recovery before considering removal of an existing installation.

Can the site resolve a signing conflict?
No. It can explain checks, but only the publisher can supply a compatible signed release.
